Being Natural & On a Budget…

Stretch that dollar instead of spending so much money on shampoo and conditioners….

So why spend so much money on products like ” Paul Mitchell the Conditioner”? But It’s a great product but im on a budget like everyone else is …

So as we all know i rant and rave about Tresemme Naturals…But I think its great for an alternative for Paul Mitchell…

Now Tresemme has added I think two more to their Naturals line I have yet to try but will be doing so very soon!

(alternative to Paul Mitchell)

I so cant wait to try they TM Vibrantly Smooth!

Now down to taming those frizzies!

Deep conditioning is a biggie! and a Must! to save money you can use your rise out conditioner or your leave in conditioner and mix in some Olive oil in you conditioner and the olive must be extra virgin home-made are the best! just take out that olive oil from your cabinet and mix it in!

Deep conditioning

1) 1/4 cup of conditioner of your choice

2) 1/4  cup of Extra Virgin Olive oil

ok so if you want to get a really deeeeeeep conditioning i would suggest making one totally from scratch this one is a really good one. going from scratch is always the best you will learn how your hair will react by experimenting with them

      Banana Deep Treatment

       1 jar baby food banana
1/4 cup evco
1/4 cup honey
2 avocados

   Avocado Deep Treatmet

       1 Avocado

1  tablespoon of honey

1/2 cup of egg whites
1 tablespoon of Shea Butter
1 table spoon of olive oil

Another thing besides deep condition to help tame those frizzies is after doing your was and goes you can use carbonated water…Yeah thats right carbonated water lol . So If you often let your curls air dry, this is a great remedy to eliminate hair frizz caused by humidity. After you wash your hair, give it a final rinse with carbonated or sparkling water. The reason carbonated or sparkling water reduces frizz is because of it’s low pH

I hope this helps! There is so much more I could cover!

  1. I used to buy a ton of Paul Michell when I used to straighten my hair every day. I still have some of his “Super Skinny” line somewhere in my bathroom, lol. I’ve never tried making my own deep conditioner. Maybe I’ll try the one you listed up here.
