So today is wash day for me usually I try to do my hair on Mondays but sometimes work interferes with that but that’s life or just don’t feel like it sometimes 😂 so I had to do it today instead of yesterday
So today I used Mielle Organics products the Pomegranate & Honey line today I haven’t used in a little while so I decided to revisit them. Using them today made me miss how good it smells it actually puts you in a good mood 🤩😍🤩
Theres also a gel in this line which is not pictured it smells the same exact way I have it but this time I opted to use my tried and true eco styler gel (Clear) with them now this was my first time using eco in conjunction with those products but I just say it worked out good my hair is super soft 😇
I went back to my old way for a bit…when back in the day i used the conditioner only method with a gel as my styler…I always would get excellent results with this method…Love it 🙂 What do you use in your hair?
Last year the natural hair trend was big. Everywhere I looked I saw curly hair everywhere…from people who did the big chop, and even transitioning.
I saw tons of more celebrities who we’re rocking their curly hair last year on the red carpet and in movies from Kerry Washington and Teyonah Parris.
With me I’ve had other naturals come to me and ask me how do yo do it our how did i stay natural for so long…etc…and some say they can’t handle it….i work in retail a lot of people always ask me these question. But for me it’s all i know and nothing else because ive been natural my entire life. I guess i could understand others who just now starting out being natural which is hard for them all they know about is the perm which is complete opposite for me…I would tell others my hair would fall out because i don’t know how to take care of permed hair and don’t want to learn…Natural hair is easy for me.
So do you think that this year a lot of naturals are going back to to creamy crack?
How often do you do a length check? Once a month or every two months or longer?
We’re all impatient when it comes to waiting on goal for our hair length…I think that we all should just go on about our daily lives and forget about length and focus on the health of our hair rather the length. Just think healthy hair is happy hair and with that comes long “Healthy” hair.
Disagree? Or Agree? I would love to have your feedback
